Candles on the Cobb 2012 Lyme Regis

Last night I watched the lighting of 5000 candles on the Cobb at Lyme Regis, an event which started in 2000 and is run to raise money for charity. See www.candlesonthecobb.org for more information, this year I was happy to be able to help in a small way by supplying a photograph of mine for the souvenir programme, which was used full page for the introduction.

Fireworks followed the candles and I must say a great effort was put in by all those involved to make this years event happen, we can look forward to the next one in 2015.

Exeter Respect Festival 2012

I spent a good part of Saturday and Sunday at the fantastic Exeter Respect Festival in their World Big Top stage photographing bands. I covered sets by Peachy Farmer, Lokkhi Terra, Helele, Freshly Squeezed, N.U.M.B and Bronze Head. I've had a job selecting just a few photographs for this blog so I'll be putting more on my Flickr account...
